Commitment and ethics

 

We entirely undertake the code of ethics as made public by AESC (*)

We perform all consulting assignments competently, and with an appropriate degree of knowledge, thoroughness and urgency.

We exercise objective and impartial judgment in every search consulting assignment, giving due consideration to all relevant facts.

We strive to be accurate in all communications with clients, candidates and any third parties; we also encourage them to exchange relevant and accurate information.

We consider important that you must have a transparent access to all relevant information on the progress of an assignment.

Confidentiality and conflicts of interest

We use our best efforts and skills to protect all confidential information. Therefore we use confidential information received from you only for purposes of performing the assignment.

We do not use {under any circumstances} confidential information for personal benefits, nor provide inside information to any other parties for their personal benefit.

We promptly disclose conflicts of interest that we become aware of and accept assignments only if all involved parties have expressly agreed to resume any conflict.

Only under exceptional circumstances, and only upon the prior agreement of all involved parties, may candidates be presented to more than one client simultaneously.

We inform our clients of any business or personal relationships that might affect or appear to affect their best interests in an assignment.

To avoid misunderstandings we put all this in writing.


Fees: we are a retained search company

Our approach, which we firmly believe is ethical and stands for our consultative approach, is to charge a fixed fee, based on the complexity of the  assignment, agreed in advance, before we begin our work.

There are no unwelcome surprises, since our clients know beforehand how much the assignment will cost.

Our fixed fee will guarantee both to you and to the selected candidate that our position remains truly objective. By charging a fixed fee we represent the interest of our clients. Therefore, when they win, we win.

Our one and only mission is to present to our clients the best possible candidates for the position.


Confidentiality

For a proper development of the recruitment project we must ensure, equally - for employers and for Candidates involved - the strictest confidentiality. According to standards of confidentiality, Advice Human Resources will consider confidential information as:

the name, the address, the contact person or any other information related to the employer;
any information needed during recruitment that the employer or the candidate specifically requires to be confidential;
information without relevant importance regarding personal aspects of Candidates;
any information that can be used in the process of negotiation on terms and conditions of employment;


Cessation or suspension of the assignment

Advice Human Resources respects the Client decision to cease any recruitment contract involving us as recruiters. The Client can decide at any moment of collaboration the casement of the assignment only conditioned by the contract’s terms and conditions.
